Ethyl Vanillin

Ethyl vanillin is a preferred flavouring additive used in the food industry in the preparation of ice cream, fizzy drinks, sweets and pastries. It is also used in the cosmetics industry, mainly as a fragrance.

As an aromatic substance, it is three to four times more potent than the nature-identical vanillin, making it a more cost-effective alternative. Ethyl vanillin produces a vanilla aroma, or a vanilla flavour. The product offered is highly appreciated for its purity, accuracy and economical pricing.
